Free initial consultation
We discuss nutrition and health topics that concern you and that you would like to know more about. We answer any questions that you have. These could be general questions or diet-related questions about a health worry or a health condition that you may want to talk about in order to take control of the effects of time and to restore your health, your body image and your confidence.

Initial evaluation
The aim of the evaluation is to find out as much as we can about your nutritional health status and to get a picture of your needs and hopes. Then, using a systemic approach, we set nutrition and dietary goals to address inflammatory and other conditions to establish a practical dietary pattern combined with advice on physical wellness.

Follow up consultation
Following your initial evaluation, we discuss how far along you are toward your goals. We explore ways to eat smartly:
- without feeling hungry to ensure being happy and satisfied
- without feeling tired to have new food choices support energy for the whole day
- without being dependent on sugar from foods of lower quality
- without being preoccupied by confusing diets.
Group sessions will follow the same nutrition principles as above aiming to take more of a training and educational approach. They are especially useful for facilitating group reinforcement of healthy eating behaviors, or simply put, to provide effective nutritional advice to many people at once.
